Mr Jesser has over 16 years’ experience in direct financial markets, stockbroking and corporate advisory, and has supported numerous listed and unlisted mining and industrial entities by providing both capital and corporate advisory services.

Mr Jesser does not currently hold any other ASX directorships.

Will is a Geologist with more than 20 years’ experience in the exploration and development of large-scale gas projects in Australia and internationally. Will was previously General Manager LNG at Arrow Energy Ltd and responsible for development of the company’s lead coal seam gas to LNG export project in Queensland, Australia. He is a former director and co-founder of Sunbird Energy Ltd, a Southern African focused gas explorer and developer. He was Operations Manager of New Guinea Energy and Technical Director of Transerv Energy in the Perth Basin. Will is currently Executive Director and co-founder of Goshawk Energy Pty Ltd, an onshore oil and gas explorer focused on development in the Canning Basin in Western Australia.

Will is a non-executive director of Carnarvon Energy Ltd and is Chair of the Remuneration & Nominations Committee and a member of the Risk, Governance & Sustainability Committee.

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in corporate finance and project management of large-scale gas projects in Australia and internationally. Previous appointments include executive roles at Woodside Petroleum Ltd as General Manager of the Browse LNG project and General Manager of the Eastern Australia Gas Business Unit. He is a former director and co-founder of Sunbird Energy Ltd, a Southern African focused gas explorer and developer, and a former director of Transerv Energy.

Andrew is currently Executive Director and co-founder of Goshawk Energy Pty Ltd, an onshore oil and gas explorer focused on development in the Canning Basin in Western Australia.

Mr Bath is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with over 20 years of senior management experience in the energy and resources sector both in Australia and south-east Asia. Mr Bath is a former CFO & General Manager for Tap Oil Ltd where he had responsibilities for completing the sale of the Australian non-core assets, reviewing M&A opportunities and was commercial representative on the Manora Oil Field joint venture. He was CFO for Oilex, an AIM/ASX listed company with oil & gas assets in India and prior to that CFO for Buru Energy Ltd. Mr Bath has broad experience including financial reporting, mergers & acquisitions, corporate taxation, commercial management, ASX compliance and governance.

Mr Bath is currently an executive director of Frontier Energy Limited.
